You will have the entire semester to complete these requirements, with the exception of your dues payment:

1. Dues: (Typically $60)

   • Half of your dues must be submitted by the evening of the Pledge Ceremony or you will be charged a late fee for each day late.

   • Your dues must be paid in full by Initiation or you will be charged a late fee for each day late. If dues are not paid in full during the semester, you will be marked inactive.

2. Service Hours: 22 Hours

   • A minimum of 11 hours must be internal - posted on APO Online.

   • Provide evidence of your external hours to the VP(s) of Service.

3. Fellowship Points: 4 Points

4. Leadership Points: 4 Points

• • • Attending Leadership Events - hosted by the VP of Leadership, Professional Development Chair, or APO classrooms taught by brothers.

    • Submitting MIC (Member in Charge) Reports - Click HERE to submit. You may log one leadership point once submitted.

    • Holding an executive board position in our chapter or another RSO rewards you 1 leadership point.

5. Chapter Meeting Attendance: 10 chapter meetings

6. Committee Point

   • You and your team that you pick will plan either Leadership, Fellowship, Service, Fundraising, or another category's event, depending on the needs of the semester.

   • If you cannot attend the event your team plans, attend one for a different team!

7. Attendance at P.O.D. or P.A.D.

   • You must attend one, but attendance at both is suggested!

8. Minor Pledge Event

   • Minor pledge event = event hosted by a pledge committee.

9. Recruitment Point

Pledge Family

• Do your best to attend events with your pledge family!

During your pledging process, you will have 8-9 weeks to complete these requirements:

1. Dues: (Typically $40 at first ceremony)

2. Service Hours: 16 Hours

   • A minimum of 8 hours must be internal (AKA events posted on APO Online; the other 8 hours could come from elsewhere)

3. Fellowship Points: 3 Points

4. Leadership Points: 3 Points

   • Attending Leadership Events - hosted by the VP of Leadership, Professional Development Chair, or APO classrooms taught by brothers.

   • Submitting MIC (Member in Charge) Reports - Click HERE to submit. You may log one leadership point once submitted.

   • If you hold a leadership postition in another RSO, that rewards you 1 leadership point.

5. Chapter Meeting Attendance: 3 chapter meetings

6. Committee Point

• • You and the team that you are placed on will plan a Leadership, Fellowship, Service, or Fundraising event.

  • If you cannot attend the event your team plans, attend one for a different team!

7. Attendance at P.O.D. or P.A.D.

   • You must attend one, but attendance at both is suggested!

8. LAUNCH (APO LEADS) Completion

   • Will be done at a pledge meeting. Bring your laptop and some snacks, LAUNCH takes 1.5 hours to complete.

Pledge Family

• • Do your best to attend events with your pledge family!

Once you are initiated, you will have the rest of the semester to complete these requirements:

1. Remaining Dues: (Typically $35)

2. Remaining Service Hours: 6 Hours
